COVID-19

UPDATE - May 4, 2020

To all Steed and Evan's Limited Employees, suppliers and subcontractors :

I hope you and your families continue to be well and stay safe.

It appears that there is some easing on the restrictions put in place by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Subdivision construction and building site construction are no allowed to proceed. This is good news in general... and good news for us as this work is part of our normal business.

To reiterate many expert opinions, it is still too early to relax!

We need to continue to practice social distancing, hand washing, and avoiding non-essential travel.

Thank you to all of you for your efforts to date.

We continue to operate and are fortunate to be able to be considered an essential service.

Please continue to stay safe and stay healthy. Your families, friends, co-workers and businesses we work with are counting on it.

Thank you.

Malcolm

President

COVID-19

UPDATE - April 27, 2020

To all Steed and Evan's Limited employees:

I hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy.

Our efforts to stay safe and stay distant are continuing to work well. We remain open for business and a continue to be productive.

There appears to be some sense of the virus starting to be past its peak. This is good news. But it is too early to relax any of the measures we have in place.

Please continue to follow all the Covid-19 protocols.

We are trying to do our part to help in these trying times.

Steed and Evans has donated 200 pairs of Safety Eyewear to Grand River Hospital. We are helping out with a request they put out to the community.

We also made a monetary donation the Foodbank of Waterloo Region to help with their funding request to the community.

Please be safe, be careful, be diligent.

Thank you.

President

COVID-19

UPDATE - April 21, 2020

To all Steed and Evan's Limited employees:

I hope all of you and your families are well.

We continue to persevere in these challenging times.

We are extremely fortunate that we are able to keep working… and can continue to do so.

Our measures to keep staff separated on shifts, the field separated, and the shop separated on shifts all are helping. So thank you all for your continued diligence in keeping apart and keeping safe.

As our field work gets underway, we will need to be dealing with more outsiders. Including inspection, testing and subcontracting. To deal with this, we have set up mobile cleaning stations at the job sites and as well we have made it mandatory for subcontractors to have in place COVID19 protocols of their own. If they do not have any, or are not satisfactory to us, then they must follow the SE protocols.

Please be safe.

Please be careful.

Please be diligent.

Thank you all.

Malcolm

President

COVID-19

UPDATE - March 30, 2020

To all Steed and Evan's Limited suppliers, subcontractors and all contacts:

Our industry has been declared essential by the provincial government. As such, I want to thank all of you for your confidence in us and your continued support of our business.

I believe everyone is familiar with what we need to do to prevent the spread of Covid19. We are in regular contact with numerous agencies to keep up to date with the latest protocols.

I implore all of you all to follow them.

We work together as a team. We depend on each other. The protocols we insist on at work are pointless if the rest of the people we deal with don't follow them in their personal and their business lives.

Please don't take risks with your health. Doing so means you are taking risks with the health of everyone else you come in contact with.

Thank you for looking after yourself.

Please stay healthy.
