The aggregates you need, when you need them.
We produce a full range of crushed, washed, screened, and recycled aggregates to service the ready-mix concrete, asphalt, and construction industry. We also accept concrete and asphalt for recycling at some of our aggregate sites for a fee.
Our aggregate sites, Heidelberg, Mann, and Witmer, are strategically located to provide convenient access for pickup or efficient delivery to your job site. We know how important quality materials are in any job. That’s why we work tirelessly to ensure our level of quality is second to none. Our aggregates meet the highest standards through daily testing by our certified lab and a comprehensive quality management system.
Heidelberg Aggregate
Open Year-Round
As one of the largest aggregate sites in Waterloo Region, this facility is comprised of 220 acres with modern processing equipment and is capable of handling any size project. It also sells recycled concrete and asphalt, in addition to accepting both materials for recycling (for a fee).

Witmer Aggregate Site
Open May to November
Located in the south-west corner of the Region of Waterloo on Witmer Road, this secondary pit primarily focuses on granular “A and B” material that’s crushed and dry screened. It also sells recycled concrete and accepts this material for recycling (for a fee).

Mann Aggregates
Open Year-Round
Mann has been providing high-quality aggregate supply for over 50 years and has 5 sites strategically located to serve the Waterloo region and Wellington county construction markets. We produce a full range of products needed for concrete, asphalt, and aggregate needed for the building of roads and other critical infrastructure.
Aggregate recycling is also a key focus at Mann and will accept broken concrete and asphalt for reprocessing at both Martin Pitt and Marden Yard.
